Ordered a set of spacers and wheel spacers for the rear but had the wrong bolts. Had to order another set of spacers to go over the hub and bolts for the front but was sent chrome instead of black. Correct bolts sent out immediately and refunded the old ones. Car looks great, would use again. Date of experience: 20 November 2023
Posts: 66. Wheel adapters illegal in PA. I took my 2001 Roadtrek in for inspection (in PA.) and was told I would have to take my 2" wheel adapters off since anything over 1/4" was illegal. I was angry because they make the rear axle the same width as the front and greatly improve handling especially when the big rigs blow by me on the highway The wheel spacers that I am looking at are hub-centic and work like what David described for the Porsche 911. The width range available is 1" to 1 3/4". Luckily, I don't think I'll need a spacer in the rear. Consider as well if wheel spacers are even legal in your area. For example, Australia bans the use of wheel spacers. Period. It should be checked if wheel spacers can actually be installed in your car, 4×4, truck, or any other vehicle before even considering buying the product.
